"This is a great place to go and eat when you're hungry. The location is not accessible friendly for getting to it however it is accessible friendly inside. You can get to it accessible but the ramp is on the opposite end of the square and the steps are not very easily passable if you don't use the ramp. Decent amount of parking minimal accessible spaces available though. The food is great but sometimes can depend on who's cooking that day. Inside is awesome and the staff are super friendly and great service. Location is easily seen from the road and easily accessed from the road. Parking can be unavailable during rushes like dinner and lunch. Mainly during the dinner run. I would definitely recommend eating here and will definitely be back."
"I live about an hour and a half away but some friends live in the area. They always take me here when I’m in town for lunch. Burger and fries are amazing. I wish this place was closer to home."
"Shelby is the best waitress we have ever had. She was all alone with 41 people. Not a single person had an empty drink. Great attitude. Will be back. Thank you for the good time & service."
"So tonight we tried The Loft in Whitewright. Such a fun place. We sat at the bar, it was crowded, but great service. We were at shift change and they didn't skip a beat on service. We had the Pick 3 appetizer, then pizza. All was good and it was a fun atmosphere. Cotton introduced himself as the new General Manager and he has a great personality and they all want you to be satisfied with your visit. We will be back."
"The food was good today, but the service was lacking and there were flies everywhere - or at least hovering around our table and they wouldn't leave us alone. I don't think our server smiled a single time and he wasn't friendly at all. Usually the service is pretty good, albeit slow. Update 9/23: the service was friendly this time but REALLY slow. We were the only diners and no one came in to pick up food and it still took 45 minutes to get our one pizza. The pizza we ordered wasn't very good and the flies were so annoying we could barely eat in between batting away the flies. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE FLIES!!"
