"Don't eat here ordered last week 3 sandwiches were fine ordered today and I ordered tuna Salad no onions tomato or lettuce extra pickles I got tuna on half the sandwich on wheat o ordered white they put extra juice no pickles and black olives which I'm allergic too. The staff was horrible horrible attitudes and the girl on the register had no idea where a sandwich was on the register not torsion she had anattude the entire time and then she was the one who made my sandwich wrong. Yall just lost customers also how were2 sandwiches today more expensive then 3 a week ago"
"Never order from here with a delivery service. They do not secure the bags closed. Too many things have happened with too many other restaurants for them to not tape the bag shut. It's common sense."
"The following pictures are worth a thousand words Sign on register no tomatoes no chicken no turkey I thought this was a sandwich/sub place how can you not have any chicken or turkey The second picture shows refrigerator full of turkey breast Employees were too lazy to open a new package of turkey and slice it up The owner of this firehouse sub franchise has spent money for the franchise leased a building hired employees pays taxes on the hopes of developing a thriving business and what is the result the employees can care less about the owner’s investment or the fact that a job is provided for them or the customers desire for chicken or turkey How can a restaurant a service industry job not provide service to its customer base by just doing the very minimum and slicing up some more turkey sad sad sad"
"I’ve been to this location three times now. I don’t know how it has a 4.7 star review. I should have listened to the other recent comments. The first two times I waited well over an hour for my food, for ONE person! The third time my wife and I went, we waited 45min and gave up. I didn’t even ask for a refund I was so upset, we just got up and walked out. All three times the restaurant was fairly empty with only 2-3 other people dining. They prioritized online orders over mine, even though those same orders were still sitting on the shelf when I left the restaurant. My family will NEVER eat here again."
"Food is ALWAYS so delicious here. The manager, Rodney and all the employees working were very kind who care about their customers, super fast and efficient! Definitely will come here again!"
