"This store is poorly managed, filled with lazy employees. Store is an absolute wreck, trash everywhere shelves and other displays out in the middle of aisles with no room to walk. Store has half used candles with clear burn marks still for sale at full expected pricing. As well as countless open bags of rotting food for sale, that have not been removed from their displays. Employees refuse to let you take the cart to move 40+ lbs of bulky items that are impossible to carry as a single person to your car, even tho they have a cart return directly in front of their building. As someone with a spine injury who now has to see their doctor for their now strained back over a lazy employee not wanting to do cart returns, I will never return and will only ever talk about how horrendous this Ross is."
"Always a mess and employees not really help, even to get someone to open the restroom door took them 10 min. Not to mention super long and slow lines"

"Ross commercials always make the store look more organized and appealing than reality. I wish Ross stores were kept more organized throughout the day and more cashiers to reduce long lines and waits. This is my second Ross visit in the same day, two different locations, both having the same issue. Long lines, not organized stores."
