Macy's Backstage

"I shop here often, there's an older gentleman that is so pushy on offering Macy's credit card. Its annoying. He even gets an attitude if you decline to sign up, I have noticed that several times. Such an awful experience. If a customer says no for the first time, respect that and move on, not everyone is interested in getting a credit card."

"Will never shop macys as a company. Gift receipts do not matter when you just want to exchange something. Should have just went in without a receipt. It's ridiculous how there policy has changed to 30 days when you might not even see the person until February."

The quality of the products was also impressive, with many brand name items available at a fraction of the retail price. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized and easy to navigate. We marched through isles of good deals, we're allowed a restroom break (the facilities were very clean), and given but one one truth and one lie. The truth: we would eventually leave.
