"The guy at the service desk was so nice to me... I could not believe it. Usually when I go into this bougie mall with my work clothes on I get all of the ugly and dirty looks but this guy actually helped me at the service desk with no issues he didn't give me any looks or said any smart comments he was so sweet I truly appreciate his genuine kindness. I am going to say the packaging of my item was definitely severely damaged but good thing that the perfume still stayed intact you guys should look into that"
