"This store is overpriced for a resale shop. I bought a few items and found stains on it when my boyfriend's son wore one of the shirts. The toys we purchased I saw at Walmart for CHEAPER and they were not brand new. I don't recommend bringing your clothes here for resale. I brought a tot of clothes once before and came back again with the SAME tot. They told me it was too big to take and I would have to bring it in a smaller tot. The size tot they will take is not posted anywhere on their page. They watched me bring the tot all the way in the store before saying anything. I was parked right in front of the door and three associates were standing there watching me as I came in. They give you barley anything for the items you bring but mark it up to almost new prices. Don't waste your time."

"Hands down some great customer service exsperience was missing a part to an item and they made sure we got what we needed. Will recommend and be shopping here in the future for baby needs!!!"

"First off, I was to brag on the people at chicka boom, because I lost my husband's credit card here for like a week. They held on to it the entire time and made sure it was going back to the right people when I approached them. Very exceptional and trustworthy owner and staff! I'm so thankful that they held on to it in a safe place for us to find. I've been shopping here for about a year at least, and they always have a great supply of good quality items for babies, mom, and kids. I've even found household items here. I'll be coming back over and over, and hopefully not lose any more credit cards!"

"DONT SELL HERE. They will steal your stuff. Many many people have had their stuff stolen from them. Also, every time I've been shopping in there the employees are talking horribly about customers and making fun of them. Usually about being upset at the price they were given for their stuff. Its pretty uncomfortable to listen to. The only good thing is their clothes and things are pretty cheap. Which I guess they should be if half of them are stolen."

"I recently had a disappointing experience at Chicka Boom, a children's clothing boutique that I had previously considered a reliable go-to for cute and trendy outfits for my kids. While I have generally received good customer service in the past, my recent encounter with a young employee left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. As I entered the store, her attitude towards me was blatantly apparent when I brought in some clothing items to sell. She seemed overly bothered and disinterested, which was quite off-putting. As a customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism, especially in a boutique catering to parents and children. I tried to give the employee the benefit of the doubt, thinking she might have been having an off day. When I returned to pick up my clothing, she was standing behind another employee who was assisting me. She smirked as the other employee presented me with a low offer for my items. It was clear that she took pleasure in this and seemed to be eager in watching how I might have reacted to the offer. I also love how they ask for you to bring in your items folded in a bin and then simply throw them back in the bid after picking the items they want with no regard to putting them back in halfway folded or matched. Normally in the past, I would have been open to store credit as I don’t normally bring items for the money but instead for the store credit to find alternative items for my children, but due to the rude and bothered attitude of this particular employee, I decided to take the cash and leave. I will be avoiding giving them any further business. I did have more items to give to them for pennies on the dollar value however, I instead donated them to the foster care closet where my donations were met with outstanding gratitude. In conclusion, my recent encounter with Chicka Boom was nothing short of disappointing. While I have experienced good customer service at the store in the past, this particular incident, marked by the young employee's bothered and disrespectful demeanor, has left me with a lasting negative impression. You would think they as a small business, who thrives on customers shopping local, they would make customer service a top value however, it seems that the mind set of being the only children’s resale store in the area has their ego overlooking customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future."
