"I love Old Navy but, not this customer service. I picked 2 sizes of pants off the $19.99 table (exactly the same, off same table) I chose one size and put the other size back on the table. At the register she cannot find a price for the jeans after discussion with floor clerk she says, these cost $54 you can buy them for that price. REMEMBER more than one pair of same jeans on same table. I didn't purchase anything."

"The store was full of people but it was clean and the staff were friendly. There seemed to be a line at the fitting rooms so we just checked out. There was a short line that was quickly serviced before us. My girls wanted to check out separately so they could spend their own money (they are young). The cashier was very accommodating and always smiled!"
