"I asked the clerk to look up the cost on a pair of jeans that didn't have a price tag. She has been looking for 5 minutes and I had two other items to purchase. Another customer walked in to make a return and another clerk was helping her. The person helping me didn't say anything and just began helping the other clerk and stopped helping me without saying anything to me. I waited another 5 minutes and left."

"If you buy on sale or clearence you can get good prices. Downside, some of the items like t-shirts fit kind of oddly like more cheaply made products do, and some items tend to shrink quickly or unravel/lose buttons, etc. But I do have several items, like sweaters and cotton dresses that I have worn for years. I also never got my rewards for signing up or my birthday. When I went online to link the reward card to an online acct, it said there was no such acct#. So who even knows. The staff is typically pretty quick to help."
