"i brought in 2 bags of clothes to sell, they told me they only bought 6 items and handed me back one bag. i foolishly thought they put it all in one bag. i had a busy day with my toddler and newborn and when i get home and checked the bag and the receipt on the bag it said buy 36 items. the store already closed by the time i noticed. so they literally stole a bag of clothes. i wouldn't come here to sell. this is absolutely ridiculous. also they stop the buy counter early, i’ve called asking if they were still buying and the girl said yes until 6 and then i get there and they already stopped within 30mins of me getting off the phone. they say to call to make sure they’re still buying but won’t give you a heads up if they’re stopping early."
"This was my second visit. The first visit the buy counter was already closed for the day. This second visit I brought in two bags of clothing (95% unworn and still tagged) and shoes. Was told they couldn't buy any of the items due to pet hair. If you do want to sell make sure everything is pristine and that you don't have any pets."
"Sooo this place isn’t the same.. I took lots of clothes that looked better than the clothes they had for sell but bought over half and only gave me $29! I’d rather donate them to someone in need then sell here. Never again!! Photos from the clothes they have for sell jeans $9!!"
