"Went in tonight at 7:56 and the gate was halfway down. Didn't know they were closing at 8:00, so I waited outside thinking the gate was a way for them to limit customers. After waiting a minute to be let in, I ducked into the store, at this point it was 7:57. The woman working said, "We're fixin' to close, that's why I had the gate half way and I'm going to help these people that have already been in here." I asked, "So I can't buy a gift card?" She paused like she was going to say something then just straight up ignored me while I stood there awkwardly. I eventually left. I only came to the mall to buy a gift card for my nephew from Lids. Will not be coming back to this one, ever. I understand it was close to closing time, but they weren't actually closed yet and the way she handled the situation was very rude. Hard pass."
"The guy working was very helpful, friendly, and patient with my stepson since he couldn't decide on a hat. When he finished putting his name on it called so we could pick it and even met us at the door with them! I would recommend this place!"
