"Customer service isn't my thing so the fact that the employees were severely apathetic doesn't really phase me. It does become a factor though when it comes to actually purchasing an item. My biggest problem which absolutely blew my mind is their anti-theft tags. I went to purchase a coat with some water resistance to it. Every single piece of their inventory from Carhartt to Ariat has been stabbed through the back with an anti-theft device. There are many places they could be placed, putting a hole in the back of a coat just makes no sense. Maybe it's a Texas thing because there's no weather here. No purchase for me."
