"My father and I got physically assaulted by an associate there we have been going there since I was seven and never had a bad encounter especially nothing like this or any rude interactions until here recently this is the second time I have seen this associate, and also the second time that she has been extremely rude, but this time she resulted to violence I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken, because I really loved going there dr Deaton has always been extremely nice, and I’m gonna miss seeing him for my yearly eye exams I understand people have bad days, but when you go into work to be rude to a customer and then get upset when they say something and then get violent after words it is unacceptable and for the clinic to not investigate on what actually happened and people to assume it’s extremely unprofessional. I’m feeling really upset and heartbroken. Please do better."

"I have been seeing Dr. Deaton for a number of years now. I have just gone through cataract surgery. Yes, I still wear glasses. I do need them to actually read books, newsprint, etc. But, the other end of the spectrum is that I see better now than I did 30 years ago. Dr Deaton and the entire staff have always been very professional, respectful, and friendly every time I have been there."

"Absolutely hands down such an amazing place. I broke my glasses from just cleaning them, being an adult you would think I own two pairs.. Well long story short, I had my polarized sunglasses working at a computer, it was absolutely horrible called York at 8 am bawling my eyes out the receptionist was so amazing, so kind and very helpful. She told me to come in and they would find a pair, or make something work for me. I get there they had already pulled my already purchased glasses waiting on me., no questions asked I was out the door. I'm so greatful for you ladies.
