"If I could leave a 0 star I would... DR Vissers office is AWEFUL I have about the same exact experience as someone else down to the T, so this tells me the issues don't get resolved and you all don't care. No pain pills after 2 visits, 1st visit confirmed broken bone, which he used the same x-ray from the ER visit to your ER (when X-ray was done I was told It was just bruised but to follow up with Dr Vissers) 2nd visit 2 weeks later to go over MRI results and be told I need surgery, but he wants to "consult with his colleagues" for determining what surgery will be best. And here we are 3 weeks and a spring vacation for the Dr later (his vacation was also used as an excused) and his nurse refused to schedule surgery until she consults with him (guess what that was 3 days ago, still no call back). As for the hospital, you don't set a good example for calling people back either. I left a message with the financial advisor Angel Perez two days in a row, who won't call back regarding my bills and payments. You did the MRI over a month ago and refuse to send the claim information to insurance so I'm still not showing I have met my deductible even though I have. And now I need surgery on my wrist, but I guess I'll be paying out of pocket in full on that because you all don't care to do your JOB! Oh, and I heed the advised of the last person, I'll be collecting my documents and records and taking my business and money elsewhere. WORST HOSPITAL EVER>>> you don't deserve to get the taxpayers money from property taxes, which I do pay as a Cooke County resident."

"Emergency room is a complete joke. The nurses are hateful and dont care. The scheduling department in the pediatrics is never on the same page. Tell you they have availability then schedule someone else in the midst of scheduling you. Ridiculous. If I could give this hospital no stars I would. There's always an issue no matter what side you go to."

"My wife took time off work and due to unforeseen circumstances was turned away at the door. My wife is now at home crying. Instead of trying anything to help, the front desk staff gave her the cold shoulder, spoke to each other disrespectfully about my wife in front of her and showed a complete lack of care or understanding. Bad news should be delivered with humility, not disdain. Shame on your front staff and shame on your practice."

"The staff was friendly, attentive, and informative. Dr. Farahat spent a lot of time explaining my wife's medical condition and what needed to be done. Other docs at other hospitals did not do that. I appreciate the time he took to do that for us. Also, the hospital food was very good."
