"Dr McElroy retired he’s been treating me for ADHD for 17 years and now I’ve been told the new doctor doesn’t treat ADHD they gave me no alternatives ,so i get to have withdraws from medicine I need to manage my chemical balance and thought process thanks a lot also thanks for scheduling a appointment that was just to get my refill and pay and then be told we no longer treat this"

"This was a horrendous experience! The office refuse hippa patient rights with impunity. They roll their eyes, have attitude and NOT helpful. Klein was a bit prejudiced and takes out his feelings in a most rough degrading manner. He intentionally dismisses long term patients who were previous patients of his medical staff recently convicted of federal crimes. Rather than better office practice and do the legal thing, they dismiss DURING treatment, also against their license. Highly advise AGAINST this office. They are not in it to help YOU, only line their pockets in the most convenient manner. They only want patients who let them get away with all the wrong things; like their criminal counterparts."

"Well I've been going to this dr since I was a little kid. My whole family went to this dr. I haven't been since 2018 because I haven't needed to. So I go to make and appointment today and after holding for 20 mins of silence the lady tells me they are not accepting new patients. I laughed and said I'm not a new patient and she proceeded to tell me since I haven't been there since 2018 that I'm considered a new patient. My own family dr I've been going to all my life denies my appointment because I pretty much haven't gave them any money in 3 years. Should be 0 stars."

"All of these people are the best. The clinic is busy at times but it does not take long to be seen. Dr. Klein has a terrific personality and is especially knowledgeable about any of my concerns. I am uninsured and they see me for the lowest price for a long distance, and I live in Oklahoma. I always leave the clinic feeling better."

"Since I travel all the time I can pretty much go to any doctor anywhere. I currently call Oklahoma my home and drive to Gainesville just to see Dr. Klein. I will be moving again soon but I am definitely keeping him as my doctor. I even chose my new health insurance because Dr. Klein accepts it in his office. Dr. Klein is one of the most personable and professional pcp’s I have ever had. He will take the time to get to know you as a patient and be very thorough each and every visit. He has never rushed me through an exam to get to his next patient. As a matter of fact, I emailed him once because of an adverse reaction I was having to a medication; within 40 minutes, he responded, on a weekend, and called in a new prescription for me to my pharmacy. I am extremely impressed by him, his bedside manner, and how amazing he has cared for me and my friends."
