"Booked an appointment for 12:30pm before opening at 8am. Used my lunch break to attempt to get seen. Checked in at 12:15pm only for the receptionist to call me over at 12:40pm to ask about my insurance. Which i have two of. My complaint is there was plenty of time to ask me about my insurance before hand. I wasted my lunch break to not get seen and was only offered a sorry."

"The 1 provider they had when we went in, Susan, was phenomenal. She listened to us and our concerns and confirmed what we thought. We did have to wait an hour after our appointment time to be seen and for a 2 year old that’s hard to sit through, but provider was awesome"
"I knew we were going to have to wait when we went in. Lots of sickness going around & it was late afternoon & we had no appointment. But once we were taken back we were seen quickly. The provider was very nice & explained what was going on. They called in the medicine & it was ready before we got home. The receptionist was very sweet & Patient with an older lady & Her smart phone. Other than the initial wait time, it was very good. But again, I knew we’d have to wait when we went there. All the urgent cares are extremely busy this time of year"
