"I couldn't ask for friendlier staff. They were very kind, polite, and upfront with the procedures. When you wake up in the morning feel good and it felt like the night was about you, you know you were taken care of. Level of care was pretty close mommy's when you were tiny and sick."
"As I arrived for my sleep study I found the staff to not be very welcoming or very forthright with how the entire process worked. The customer service was appalling for a place where one goes to spend the night and attempt to get a good nights sleep. The staff was not friendly at all and acted entitled as if I was there to render a service to them. I was woken up at 0330, not by a friendly staff, but by the staff laughing and talking loudly. When I brought this to the staffs attention, they asked me if I expected the staff to be quiet throughout the entire night! I could not go back to sleep and asked to leave and then the staff became very rude and tried to argue with me. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL staff. The place is one step above a cheap motel with substandard facilities and an appallingly unprofessional staff. Would not recommend. If you have tricare, I would recommend waiting until the facility on base is available rather than use this clinic if you’re referred here."
