"Clinic here is fine, it's the billing department that's no good! Used the urgent care on Jan 29th, just received a "Final Notice" bill today, Feb 7th, that's due by Feb 13th. It's not a money issue on my end, just don't like the demanding feeling from the billing department. I've worked in Healthcare for 12 years now and have not once seen a notice that only gives the patient 6 days to pay. Just ridiculous!"

"They were annoyed on the phone when I called to ask questions about a DOT physical. When I arrived on time for my appointment, i had to wait an hour before I was seen. Just need more employees to work there or to schedule less appointments so people can be seen in a timely manner."

"I am so happy we chose this facility. My son woke up at 6:45pm bawling about his ear. I called two other places and they refused to see us despite not closing until 8pm. Xpress Wellness got us in and out quickly. We were seen by the doctor within 3 minutes of entering the room. I’m very thankful for how quickly and diligently the staff worked."

"I absolutely do not recommend. The doctor was very rude she did absolutely nothing to help me. I came in with body aches, very sore throat, headache, cough, very congested, dizzy, and my voice is almost completely gone and she told me I just had acid reflux. I asked her to explain why I had all my other symptoms if it was just acid reflux and she said my body aches are just from tension from the acid reflux. That doesn’t even make sense. Then she basically tried to make me feel stupid for even coming in and told me now I have a 50% chance of getting the flu for even coming in. She only gave me a prescription for mouthwash and sent me home. I went to get the prescription and Walgreens didn’t even have the mouthwash. So I went home still feeling awful and with zero help."

"I’ve had a migraine for about 5 days and called this urgent care in the morning asking whether they could help or if I should go to the emergency room. They did say they could help so I went in around 1-130pm and had a short wait and then was brought back into the room. The nurses taking my vitals were very polite and so was the front desk staff. The NP that seen me, Nicole Chen, was just awful honestly. She acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there, she just kinda dismissed what I said and talked to me as if I was stupid and didn’t even give me an actual physical evaluation. She basically downplayed me and what I was saying. She leaned against the bed and kinda sighed and scuffled around. I asked for something to help the pain as I couldn’t eat or really drink much because the migraine was getting so bad and she offered me one thing and then refused to give it to me. And then did not try to offer anything else. Came back with my paperwork and shoved it to me and left the room. It was a terrible experience and I’d rather wait all day at the ER than ever see that NP again. She was lazy, rude, and unprofessional and unfortunately will be the reason I won’t be returning. I’ve had great experiences in the past but she was just awful. She clearly is only doing a medical professional career for the money and not to help people."
