"I worked personally for the company I was only as a seasonal employee promised very decent workable hours, INSTEAD I was sadly miskten, my first 2 weeks I had to leave because I had my best too fix and talk to management about the hours I was promised during orientation. The managers lacked the connections too go help associates, and I was only SCHEDULED for 1 day a week….Im an adult who pays bills not a high school student who lives with there parents. Just goes to show no matter how much CSE (customer service experience) you have it’s not good enough for them. DONT WORK FOR KOHLS 2024"
"First visit, was immediately greated at the door. I was here for a separate customer service related issue.(Amazon). Staff immediately took action and received my return , then sent me on my way. Took less than 2 min. Got a refund, Coupon, and friendly service."

"There was one cashier to service customers. Many shoppers in store. Cashier must have been new, could not answer my question about 20 percent off coupon. Also, an item I was purchasing was not in system, took several minutes for someone to be able to find the cost of the item. In the meantime, 8 customers had gotten in the line behind me. When I kept asking about the 20 percent off (which was posted in several places in the store on certain items which said "see cashier" ) I was told that I would need to pull up the Kohls app on my phone to be eligible to receive the discount on the items I had purchased. I was very upset about this, because now, this was going to delay the line even longer. (Still onely this cashier working). So, I had her removed the items from my ticket and I left. This is very poor customer service. In my opinion. If the app needs to be used to receive the discount, it should be posted on the signs in the store, not wait until customer is at checkout, especially when only one cashier is available."
"Kohl's is a place A place that has clothes. You ever buy clothes? Clothes are pretty good. Typically, clothing is made of fabrics or textiles, but over time it has included garments made from animal skin and other thin sheets of materials and natural products found in the environment, put together. The wearing of clothing is mostly restricted to hooman beings and is a feature of all human societies. Also have some decent men's clothes. Got some baby stuff."
