"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t feel crowded by them or pushed to make a sale, but was offered help when I asked. The woman that assisted me went the extra mile to help me and it was appreciated! Lots of really cute options for clothing and tons of little household goods scattered throughout. Such a great little boutique!"

"Used to LOVE this place. I just went to return items purchased online. Not only was I not greeted when I walked it, but it was almost as if they knew I wasn’t cut from the same cloth (Southside). They were short with me and didn’t explain anything. They would not offer me my actual money back, only store credit. I have spent quite a bit of my hard earned single mom money at this effing store over the YEARS! I shop online, as I live further than down the street and I don’t like being in public. Also, they don’t give you money or store credit for clearance items. You are stuck with those, even if they don’t fit you and we ALL know that Lush does not support plus sizes! My hard earned money for items I don’t want and don’t even fit. Thanks! I’m all for shopping local, when the local treat you right! All your good reviews are from a year ago. Do better!"

"I wish this store carried curvy/plus sizes. Only thing that fits me, as a plus sized woman, is their graphic tees. 99.9% of their store is geared towards smaller sized woman. Graphics that do fit me are super cute and wash well. They do have cute handbags as well. If they sold larger sizes, I would shop here more often!"

"I went in for the first time around Christmas for gifts for my daughters and I was NOT disappointed! Everything they have is so cute and great prices too! Found everything I wanted and more. One of the things we found online, they didn't have any in stock--so the manager sent an employee to the warehouse to get it while we waited! talk about excellent customer service! They even gift wrapped everything for us! I've been in several times since then and they're nothing but top notch, friendly, customer service oriented people who seem to really love their jobs and their co workers. That's so evident in these types of businesses. I will definitely give them more business in the future, they have earned 5 stars from me!"

"Never been to Lush before, but my daughter wanted a gift certificate from there! So glad I went! Such nice girls who immediately welcomed me! And showed me where to go! The clothes are beautiful! And they gift wrap! All I got was a gift card and look at this cute wrapping!"
