"Over 10 people in line and growing, the old gal at register requested help over the speaker no less than 5 times, finally some younger gal comes running up on her phone, and she says "what do you need I'm on the phone". In summary A) THAT YOUNG LADY IS OBLIVIOUS. B). THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING A DOLLAR TREE EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO STAY ON THE PHONE FOR THAT IS MORE IMPORTANT Than Taking CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS. Needless to say I sat my numerous items on a shelf for some employee to deal with later, and I left."
"I would have given a 5 star review, yet I feel obligated to only stick with 4 , especially since employees & managers that were present at that current time were very helpful & respectful when I asked questions on where certain items could be located, other than that the atmosphere seemed pretty well family oriented & friendly, it was mostly the line that is the most troublesome honestly feel like they need more employees in order to open up more cash registers so until they find a way to make more openings for people to get through I'm sticking by with 4 stars ."

"Nice place to get basic things we need that are definitely less expensive than elsewhere. Great on a budget. A little disorganized but seemed to be in the middle of stocking. I guess short of staff as only one register open while about 3 employees talked and laughed near the office but did not help young lady who kept apologizing for the wait. Kept telling her not a problem and they to stay calm. Maybe they can get some help when pandemic subsides."
