"I do not want to walk into a food place and order from a kiosk. I want to speak face to face with a real person. We were told by the girl at the front, who is right by the register that we would not be waited on until we had ordered from the kiosk. I can’t say exactly what we were told by her because she was barely audible and was mumbling. However, we understood enough to realize this is what she was saying. We went to the kiosk and started an order, got frustrated, so turned and walked out. (Went to McDonald’s, ordered at the counter, and someone walked to our table with our food). I called Taco Bell and was told by some kid that sounded like he was about 16 y/o that our business didn’t really matter to their location and they didn’t really care if we dined with them or not. I don’t know what happened to customer service, but it is certainly NOT the priority of this particular Taco Bell. I have never been turned away from a location anywhere else because no one wanted to take my order. I have ended up way angrier after speaking with THAT young kid who knows nothing about public service OR manners than if he would have simply said I’m so sorry. We don’t like it either but this is how corporate insists that we do it. (If that’s true, if not another, another showcase of disrespect and disregard for public service.). We won’t be back there for a long time."

"Ignored for 10 minutes in the drive thru. The employee clearly ignored me when I drove up to the window to order because she wouldn't respond on the speaker. I went in and had to order the food through the kiosk, because this location doesn't take orders at the counter. I confronted the lady, explaining if she would have acknowledged me in the drive thru I wouldn't have had to come in. I bought fries for my 3 year old- who was on the verge of a meltdown, hence going inside."

"This location in Iowa Park is the ONLY 4.5 star rated location in the area, if you work fast food, you know how hard it is to get over a 4 star rating, there are only 2, 5 star locations in North Texas and they are in the Dallas area, just like the other locations that have a 4.5 star rating only in the Dallas area. If you want the best Taco Bell experience and food, go to this location, because the other locations, Wichita Falls, and Burkburnett are 3.5 star and lower. Enjoy"

"I got a side of regular Nacho Fries and I got 1 order of the new YellowBird Nacho Fries today. They were really good, it was smaller than what I thought it would be, but it was still very good and packed quite a punch on the spiciness level, but it wasn't too spicy..... I have never had a problem with this Taco Bell. The food is always hot. The staff is always very friendly.... Plus it's really nice to not have to travel all the way into Wichita whenever I want Taco Bell, so 10/10 recommend going and supporting this one!"
