"Saw an item online listed on sale for 65$ off. Went to the store and got the item and at checkout it scanned at the original price. When I asked if they would price match the online price he told me no and that I would have to order the item online and pick it up. But that I wouldnt be able to pick it up until the next day."
"There's a lady who works night shift who was indecent. The card system went down and they couldn't seem to tell me when it would be back up. They don't know how to answer the phone and the overall customer service is just really bad."
"This is directly for the Auto Center. They told me I needed to have 2 tires replaced. Gave me no other options and didn't attempt to contact another store to see if there were tires available that day. Rather they let me leave and fortunately I wasn't on the highway and one of the bad tires did in fact sheer and went flat. Luckily I was not in a wreck due to negligence from a service provider."
