"I will say I was genuinely surprised at how well the food tasted. Lately, it hasn't been good at the past McDonald's we have been to. I wish I got the gentleman name that served us. He was wonderful. The food was hot and very well made. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's."

"Went through the drive thru at 10:50 pm and the girl at the drive through said they were already closed. This location’s drive thru hours are listed as open until midnight, so either management does a poor job at updating the hours or the girl was lying and just didn’t want to take care of us."

"Traveling through from Fort Worth to Amarillo and stopped for chicken nuggets. The manager on duty was supervising her well trained crew efficiently to maximize customer experience. Oh, hot and tasty McNuggets !!"

"while traveling to/from Texas to Denver Colorado stopped at this McD on our way home, We ordered 2-Filet-O-Fish meals, the young man ( probably high school age ) asked: " would you like that Sm, Med, Lrg, we said small....he couldn't figure out how to ring it as a meal, he tried asking some the other workers at the from & was all but ignored , I felt sorry for him & not knowing if he was new or not & could tell he was trying his best, I asked: "does it ring as a Med?" it did so we just ordered a med. As we stepped back to wait for our order the group ahead of us orders started coming out & every order was wrong!! (ie , no kechtup, add extra pickles etc. ) as we were waiting I (female) needed to use the restroom, The restroom was flat-out NASTY! In our travels we stopped at plenty of rest-rooms way out & even at some sketchy out in the middle of no where that had cleaner bathrooms! This one defiantly need a deep cleaning. We I returned back to the front, the party ahead of us was finally get their corrected orders, 1 guy did get irritated they were out of ketchup! & proceeded to yell at the young man at the front...I felt sorry for him! We got our order & went around to the drink bar that was a hot mess, & literally NOT 1 napkin in the TWO napkin dispensers!! I went around the front to ask for some napkins, she needed to go look for some & would bring them to us, she did bring us some napkins & some package's of ketchup they had found ( she was kind & also about high school age ) The packages of ketchup were nasty & sticky & foul smelling...I's assumed a package of syrup (maybe) got on them & never cleaned....she later came back & brought some they had rinsed off with some water, however they were so foul smelling we didn't use them. We quickly ate, as we were leaving I went back to the front to look haw many were were working...there had to be at least 10 working that day ( about 4:30 pm ) this possibly could be shift change? I left feeling sorry for the kids working, because the lack training....everything wrong with this visit comes straight back to MANAGEMENT, or the lack of it!! I hate leaving bad reviews as I worked 21 year's in Retail, but this is literally the worst I have ever seen, & I think what was most disturbing is the management that was present couldn't have cared less, which left me feeling sorry for the young one's that most likely is there 1st job, that want to do a great job, but a complete failure for those that are to teach them the way! ( I have taught many high school /college age worker...even my stock boys how to gift wrap! ) I pray this McDonald's get a visit from corporate soon!"

"Very slow and unorganized team this afternoon. The manager sure was carrying the load while others were doing their own thing and moved slow. My paid mobile order of a large Carmel frappe has taken 9 minutes so far. Many others waiting."
