"Family drove in from out of town to visit. They pulled through the drive through and placed their order. Drove clear across town before they realized they did not get the food they ordered. They immediately called the manager to let them know they did not get the food they ordered and were told to call back tomorrow. After driving back out to Braums, my son showed them the receipt of what he had paid for. They told him he probably just ate his chicken strips and is coming back for more free ones. They made him pay for an entire other meal! I called myself to speak to the manager who then hung up on me!"

"Ordered some ice cream about an hour before closing and while the ice cream was good, they took a long time to take my order (around 2 minutes) despite no other cars in the drive thru and no customers inside. The woman who did finally take my order was fairly short and rude, laughing at me when I asked if they were able to make ice cream. Obviously, I know they can and are expected to until they close, but I was trying to be polite and give them the opportunity to tell me no. When I asked for my milkshake and finished with, “if you’re able to.” She laughed and said “and one milkshake, if we’re able to.” I received my first ice cream promptly but then had to wait as one of the employees, holding my milkshake, was laughing with another employee for about a minute or so before handing it to me without saying anything. Overall, the dessert was nice but the staff and attitude left a bad taste in my mouth."

"First time trying a Braum's, was passing by in the truck and parked on the street ran in and grabbed a burger to go. Burger was big and tasty, I really enjoyed it so did the dog. Service was OK, definitely no smiles, welcome in or small talk here. Neat little restaurant/ store with a large variety of ice cream along with a fair selection groceries. Will definitely be enjoying more Braum's burgers in the future and will need to try their ice cream next time, it looked really good."

"Great shakes very thick, so at to not melt so quickly. Kids burgers good size. Fries not so good either cold, old or over cooked. Couldn’t finish them. Too much bun for chicken sandwich. Good crispy chicken but hard to mess up. Customer service rather rude and rushy towards tourists."

"Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ambience:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price: $ Bathrooms are clean and spacious. It’s conveniently located in a convenience store, right by the highway. Servers were attentive and food was tasty and fast to come. Burgers and fries felt healthy (not greasy or oily). We ate 5 people and a kid and payed $42. They have plenty of seating, however the place seemed popular so it might get packed some days. They have plenty of parking and it’s right by the place. The only downside could be the seating for larger groups, and there is only one bathroom for man and one for women. highly recommended if you are on the road and need to eat good fast food at a good price!"
