"Please be sure to ask about cost before booking your appointment. The initial consult with a psychiatrist was billed to the insurance company at $450.00. Follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist was billed to insurance at $250.00. The 1 appointment with a therapist was billed at $300.00. My out of pocket cost for 3 visits was over $500.00. I would not recommend this practice to due excessive insurance billing and quality of service."

"Had an 8am first appointment. Watched the therapist go inside about ten till 8. At 8 door was locked. No receptionist. Followed instructions on door to ring doorbell and wait in car. At 8:15 repeated AND called and left a message. No one ever came out. My thoughts are if let's say the receptionist had called in sick and the therapist knew they had a first time patient scheduled they should have been on the look out. At the end of the day they are running a business. I'm a consumer. Time is money. Time off of work, time to get kids out of school. I pay for them for a service. As a consumer I have the right to expectations. By 8:20 half the time I and my insurance company would have paid for had elapsed. If this is how you run your business how can I be confident you don't run your therapy service the save way. At 8:45 they called and left a message?? Really??? If you would have been ready to receive us at the scheduled time you would be having our business and many more sessions. But they will not. We will find another therapist."
"I have been seeing Molly P for over 2 years. Medical standard of care and quality of therapy is very high. I would/ have recommended this practice for psych/ therapy concerns to others. I wish I could continue treatment here, however, I am unfortunately moving out of state. I hope to find someone even half as good of a fit for me."
