"The worst service I have ever received. Michael and Eric could never get my auto insurance correct. The monthly amount would fluctuate and every other month it wouldn’t be taken out of my checking account. They always gave me the excuse that it wasn’t their fault, but the billing department at Farmers Insurance. I have now switched to a new agent and can’t believe the difference. Not only is the service great, but they are saving me money with our auto and home."

"Terrible mismanagement of my account. These people either have no idea what they are doing or they just don’t care. It took two months and several phone calls and emails (by me NOT the agent) to customer service and the district manager to fix what these guys messed up. Started with not being able to get a declaration page to close on my new house. It took at least 5 phone calls and just as many emails from myself and my lender to get one sent over. When they finally sent it, they put the wrong start date and I almost didn’t get to close on my new house on time!! Also, they never cancelled the homeowners insurance on my old house. I had to submit all kinds of paperwork to customer service showing I sold the house and no longer resided there. Then, they had multiple homeowners policies on my new house. I emailed Mike and Eric the verification for the new roof on my current home three times and they never forwarded it to underwriting. Farmers then sent me a new policy saying I owed them $100 more because my roof was 21 years old. Total mess. This agency kept assuring me it was “straightened out” but I kept getting past due bills and cencellation notices. Mike and Eric would always say they would check into it and get back to me but I rarely ever got return phone calls. I still haven’t gotten a response to the email I sent Mike two weeks ago threatening to file a formal complaint if he didn’t get my account fixed, nor did he ever call Farmers and try to straighten out his mistakes. I’d like to think it was a fluke or honest mistake, but when you screw this many things up and don’t fix them it’s just poor business practice. Don’t ever choose this agency if you use Farmers."
