"I first visited this place last week to get the fluid drained off of my lungs by Dr. Braun .This week I had a dye test on my port only to find out it was not working properly. ( Done somewhere else, NOT at OSSC) Dr. Braun was so calming and explained in detail why I should replace it. Today he did just that. I can not brag enough how awesome this place is!! The staff is SO caring, warm and friendly. Dr. Braun is the best!! I have not had the best start with my journey with cancer, but being able to have a place like this to go to when needed is definitely making it a little easier. I highly recommend this place!!"
"I had surgery last week at OSSC to repair a deviated septum. Everybody from Dr Dobleman to the receptionist did an outstanding job. There was no waiting, everything went off as scheduled. The anesthesiologist explained everything thoroughly before the surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Dobleman and the people at OSSC. Quenten Esser"
"My son had his nose surgery here a few weeks ago. From the first call from the surgery nurses to walking out to our car this facility was amazing! Very clean and very informative staff, nothing but high prices for this facility. The nursing and doctor staff was very informative on every step of my son’s procedure."
"Surgery set for 9 am did not get in until 12:00,, your on an assembly line there with just a # no name . Also they can not work out the bill with my insurance company and it was supposed to be pre approved !"
"My dad had surgery today and I called for an update at around 330 pm and they were very polite and quick at getting me an update. I called again around 5 and was helped again by the same person Jessica. I didn't even have to tell her who I was calling about she remembered who I was and was once again great about getting me an update. That type of customer service is very appreciated."
