"The first day I was there, I met with the owner who reviewed all the details of the program. It sounded wonderful as the members were all in my demographic, would hold me accountable for attendance, provide me a full work out program and a trainer to work with me 1:1. The first day of my workout I was notified that my trainer had an emergency and couldn't make it. Second day, trainer texted and said he would be late. When I arrived I was told he had a flat tire and the owner looked irritated. This was told to me with zero apology. Not a good start! It took me almost 2 weeks to get my meal plan and I had to remind them to send it to me. It was never reviewed with me. Just an email sent. My trainer seemed irritated that I didn't know the work out routines on my 2nd day and even more irritated that he would have to show me. I paid for a smaller gym with 1:1 guidance and the person guiding me did NOT want to be there. When I asked him about the meal plan, I was told that he doesn’t have anything to do with that and I would need to speak with the owner. I asked when the owner would be coming back and he said that he didn’t know. Fast forward a week. I was on one of the vibrating platform and I started to get a terrible headache. I stepped off to determine what my issue was and the trainer looked at me and pointed that I didn’t finish. I ended up getting terrible headaches from the vibration machines and quit. I never heard from anyone at the gym again. 3 weeks later I get a text message asking for my payment. I had only attended this gym for 2 weeks. In total I was charged the following: 1 Payment on Account $79.63 1 Payment on Account $50.00 1 Payment on Account $250.00 1 Payment on Account $35.00 1 Payment on Account $375.00 Subtotal: $789.63 To reiterate, I joined a gym with the promise of a customized program, training, meal plan, accountability and results. I paid almost $800 for this in the end for these promises. What I received was little to no interaction, poor customer service, a trainer that didn’t want to be there, a meal plan that was NEVER reviewed with me and NO ONE that contacted me even once regarding my accountability or why I suddenly left that day. This was a terrible experience for me and one that I hope no one will ever have to go through as a new client."

"Great Vibrations gives a great 30 minute workout, huge draw for me. I love getting in and out in 30 minutes, plus love the vibration plates. They help with arthritis pain and muscle pain. I had ischial bursitis and it is now gone from using the plates and stretches! When I began here I could barely walk from knee pain and now much stronger from weekly workouts. I was not person that liked to workout, but Great Vibrations has changed me! Love working out with my friends and meeting new people, plus must add that Great Vibrations is kid friendly!! You owe it to yourself to try this place out!!"
