"I cannot say enough good things about this place. We live in Lincoln and ordered our 2024 Lyriq from Woodhouse (Huber at the time) because we refused to deal again with Husker here in town. A series of missteps by GM led to a frustrating situation for us and the dealer both, but Julie, Casey, and the team were phenomenal. They gave me all the information I asked for, were patient as I navigated the process and have continued to provide patience and high-level service after delivery. "Bought a 2024 XT5 on Dec. 30. Came in after 1 pm and the place was super busy. Scott Carlson couldn’t have handled the process any smoother. Juggled me and another customer who came in unexpectedly from Minnesota with exceptional patience and ease. Never rushed me or put any pressure on because of the time and date. Once I said yes, he got me set up with Chris Staley and he finished everything for me.
