"The salon did a hair dye then a perm. The perm did not take which the owner warned me of. I did not know at that time that is was not normal practice to color hair first then perm in the same day at the same sitting. The perm did not hold and pulled the color out of my hair. As I said the owner said the perm may not work but I was not aware it was not normal practice to dye hair first then perm hair. I thought it may pull my color out of my hair. In most situations if you want to perm and dye hair it said perm first. I believe it is perm then dye. I was refunded my money."
