She was so nice and talked to me the whole time and explain to me what she was doing with each step. Along with the facial she waxed my eyebrows, lip, and chin, and the best part my nose hairs. I thought it would hurt but no she really knows what she is doing. I can breathe so much better now! She was very careful on what she used on my face because I have very sensitive skin.
