"Need refill of prescription been calling for weeks not had a call back, very unprofessional will be getting a new pediatrician"

"Steven Chae was my pediatrician in 2009 until I had my first child in 2018 and he’s now my children's pediatrician. He’s had the same 2 nurses since I’ve been a patient and their whole team is nothing less of amazing. He’s responsive, dedicated, caring and my children take to him very well. There are tons of misleading reviews and they mainly targeted at his political propaganda which honestly, has no affect on his care for the patient(s). Any question, comments or concerns have always been first priority to Dr. Chae! I LOVE him and his team!!"

"I originally gave Chae 5 stars. About a month ago, he decided to semi retire. That's all well and good, except he never let his patients know. Needing a copy of a report, I called 5 times in 2 days. My call always went to his answering service. Before 12pm, I went to his office, the door was locked, the sign said 'open'. I could see light coming under the door, no response to my knock. Long and short, when he finally got in touch with me, it was through TEXT MESSAGE. Long and short.. I found a better Dr. with a great staff."

"Very thorough, explains diagnosis and addresses all of my concerns of my children's wellness. Exceptional staff all committed to serving our community and not insurance companies pockets. Has even swabbed my whole family for strep to assist and protect us as my wife has a compromise immune system. Gives us coupons for otc meds when available and needed. All 3 of my boys and I have gone over 8 years now since my middle sons birth."

"So I have been having extreme stomach pain since November 20th. I finally decided to go in on December 2nd. Dr. Shae was more concerned about my last visit and asked me what they told me after he sent me to my Obgyn. When I told him he got snappy with me and very rudely told me that had nothing to do with what I was supposed to go there for. But I was telling him exactly what they told me. Then he goes on to ask me why I made an appointment with him for my stomach pain instead of my Obgyn. So I obviously got upset and felt like this appointment was a waste of my time and money. He did no exam just told me to wait 2 more weeks then make another appointment with him. So yesterday, December 3rd, I was still in pain and unable to work, put mine or my son’s shoes on. My mother had to travel 2 hours from out of town to come help me and take me to the emergency room. They were startled by the things he told me and the fact he didn’t perform an exam. Turned out I have pelvic congestion syndrome, meaning my veins are swelled, my intestines are also inflamed, my white blood cell count was too high so I have an infection and I also may have Crohn’s disease. Happy I DIDN'T take “professional” help and took things into my own hands. NEVER GO HERE! I refuse to do a follow up with this place. And I’ll be damned if I bring my child back again."
