"The staff was mostly wonderful. What was not so wonderful was finding out on the Friday before a Tuesday surgery that I’m expected to pay my high deductible at the time of service and not wait for an EOB from my insurance. They estimated the costs and could only provide me one procedure code and estimated other charges on top of that which makes sense that those would exist but couldn’t tell me what all would be billed to my insurance because they don’t know that yet, though I’m still expected to make accommodations for their higher estimates. To add to that, the automated text message that I received said I “only” owe $3991.66, pretty poor wording in my opinion. I’m aware of my high deductible plan but never have been deprived the “courtesy” of my insurance paying first and sending me an EOB. This was not information provided to me until 3 business days before because that’s the courtesy window of them verifying my insurance. But don’t worry, when you walk in the office it tells you that copays and deductibles are due. Yes I was able to make a payment, and am grateful for that, but if you’re going to charge people their full estimated charges at the time of service, the patient or financially responsible should be informed of that at well in advance. Last thing worth noting was that one of the staff during recovery told me that I didn’t actually have a labrum tear, it was just stretched out and my mother in law had to correct them and tell them that the surgeon said there were actually 2 tears that he repaired."

"They did my son’s surgery here, all the nurses were extremely kind and loving towards him. Dr Chacko is amazing and our anesthesiologist Dr Ngo was also lovely. 10/10 experience"

"My 3 yo son had a procedure yesterday and I really wanted to shout out the entire staff. The woman at the front desk (I wish I had her name, she worked 9/27, early in the morning) was so kind and efficient. Made the whole process smooth and welcoming. She even printed out a special wristband for my son’s Pikachu stuffie he brought for comfort. Literally above and beyond. The nurses were attentive, prepped me for everything we would encounter during our visit, and even gave my son fun activities to keep him busy during pre-op. I’m really appreciative that our awesome doctor, Dr Bangiyev, is affiliated with this center. Everyone was kind and recognized that surgery for a 3 yo can be stressful for all involved and I never felt confused, in the dark to what was happening, or ignored. So thank you to all of the employees, nurses, and doctors affiliated with this facility."

"Surgery is never fun but thanks to everyone at this facility, I had an excellent experience! I really appreciated everyone working there - front desk, nurses, and doctors. They were excellent. I can't think of anyone I interacted with at this facility that I'd give less than 5 stars. I'd recommend bringing your kids here for surgery too. I saw some nurses & doctors interacting with them and they were so sweet with the kids to put them at ease. I highly recommend this place for adults & kids!"
