"Called several Everside offices in the metro area first thing in the morning searching for a same-day appointment. This location was the only one that answered the phone and happen to have an appointment available that same afternoon with Dr. Wills. I arrived 10 mins early and the front desk staff brought me back immediately with no wait. Facility was very clean. Dr. Wills' assistant named Ross was very kind, pleasant, and professional. Ross communicated every step clearly and made me felt like he cared. Dr. Wills came in shortly after with hardly any wait time. Dr. Wills was very knowledgeable, honest and personable. I was in and out within 20 mins and received exceptional care. I've been searching for a doctor in the area for a few years now and will be using Dr. Wills going forward. I was very comfortable with my experience and would definitely recommend Dr. Wills and his staff."

"Used to be good but something shifted. The individual providers are good but it’s now difficult to get a response from the office and it didn’t used to be. Voicemails go unreturned, providers are harder to contact. Presumably they changed management, who found a way to save a nickel at the expense of patients."
