Don’t waste your money and go elsewhere. They said there’s nothing that could be done even though it is a new unit right out of warranty."

I was extremely impressed with the techs and their ability to install all four appliances without issue. Let me tell you, they work fast. "Appliance Depot is great! We picked up a washer/dryer set that was really reasonably priced. Delivery was easy to arrange and quick. Unfortunately our washer immediately had problems. Fortunately, Appliance Depot is awesome and promptly sent out their tech. He couldn't reproduce the issue so he said to just keep them updated. Well, the problem returned so another tech came back out with some new ideas. They ended up replacing a couple other parts and it fixed it! I am so grateful for their hard work in resolving the issue. Jesse kept in touch with me and assured me they'd take care of everything. Our experience with them has been excellent!"
