"I recently bought a used Washer & Dryer Set from Mike's appliances. Purchased by Paypal and over the phone. They arranged the delivery and hauled off my old set and also an old dishwaser at no charge. The delivery crew called first and were great to deal with. The washer appeared to have an issue. I called and was put on the repair schedule and was told that they would repair or replace it as they have a 90 day warranty. The repair tech came out, figured out the issue(that was really not even an issue). He also called to let me know he was on the way and was really friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Problem was solved quickly. Even though I bought an inexpensive, used washer and dryer set, this entire experience with Mike's has ben amazing! I highly recommend them. They have been amazing to work with. Thanks so much guys!!"
"What a great service! We replaced a washer and dryer and this company came to pick the old ones up free of charge. Though it took a few days for them to swing by, they showed up on the day specified and during the delivery window quoted. I love that they keep these appliances out of landfills... such a great way to recycle now!"
