"I highly recommend NuVintage! I recently brought my '76 Beetle, which I bought from my Dad there. Long story short, I needed to invest in repairs my Dad neglected over the years, and I also needed it to pass CO emissions since it was coming from out of state. Within a couple of days, Sam diagnosed all the issues that needed to be addressed and began the process. It's no surprise that parts were delayed, given the backlog everywhere. So, the process took longer than expected, but my Beetle now runs and drives way smoother, and a Beetle that was slowly declining was given new life. Sam and his team also addressed some minor non-mechanical issues that I couldn't seem to fix on my own. Sam even personally made sure it got over the hump and passed CO emissions. I will be back to NuVintage in the future! I am glad Sam is nearby to breathe new life into my and other vintage VWs in Denver!"

"very cool shop, was on a cross county road trip with my 78 adventure wagen and contacted Sam while I was in Kansas to ask about service. Sam was nice to talk to and worked me in his schedule for service. very pleased with price and work done. Sam went above and beyond looking over my bus . he used an oil I had never heard of and upon the drive home it used less oil and sounded wonderful and happy. thank you NuVintage !"

"I took my 1966 VW Bus here. The people who work there are very nice and seem knowledgeable. However, there were several delays in completing the bus in time and some issues like my fuel gauge were never fully addressed even after they replaced the sending unit (I am assuming they either used a bug sending unit, a wrong year, or a cheap one that didn’t even survive installation). They did some nice things like move my fuel filter and did an entire engine tune, but none of that was asked of them. Finally, their welding guy quoted me an absurd amount for welding a battery tray (nearly $3,000) and then called me back to only raise his price even more. They seem like a good shop that just didn’t meet my standards."

"They built my engine and have been having issues ever since. All the bolts were torqued to a third of what they should have been. Bolts were missing. Didn't reattach the heater boxes so I went all winter with out heat. Gas peddle cable was so short I only had 25% throttle. Didn't replace the dipstick after an oil change. The list keeps on going. Overcharged me. All around horrible experience and definitely will not be taking my bus back for any work."
