"My trust and recommendation for this location will never be the same. I feel taken advantage of, greatly dissatisfied, and disappointed. I drove my car in there for an oil change & engine system cleaner only to leave and get one block away, and my car started running horribly. I turned around and returned only to be told it was like that when I took it in. It was absolutely not! I had the oil changed by someone else in the parking lot and was told the issue came from an additive that mixed with my oil. They offered to have their mechanic look at it, They returned the car to me leaking oil, & lots of parts were still not bolted back together. They still refused to take responsibility. They told me the issue was previously there & I need an engine rebuild or a new engine, yet it was running just fine before they serviced it. I work hard at a local non-profit in Olde Towne Arvada, I'm left in complete shock that this happened at a place that I've recommended to so many."
