"I bought a new set of tires and wheels and had them installed here. I was extremely impressed with everyone's level of professionalism, politeness and expertise in what they do. My experience with them was fast, efficient and friendly. Jeremy, Andrew and honestly everyone that I encountered during my multiple trips here to install, balance, re-install a different size, and then finally re-install another brand of tire due to a manufacturer defect found in my set of tires was definitely a bit of a journey, but the guys handled it professionally and made it as easy as it possibly could be for me. I would highly recommend these guys!"

"Pretty hard to get a five star rating from me but these guys deserve at least 4+. One thing that stands out significantly is that everyone is friendly and welcoming. It’s a business first and it shows in how the team works for you instead of scamming you for the most expensive tire. Yes instal is still too high. Colorado prices. Clearly this place is mad busy. At least 12 cars and trucks went out in the hour I was there. Who knows how Goodyear and Big O stay in business when their customer service is beyond sub par in comparison and they are so slow compared to Discount. Paid the price I wanted for the tire I think I wanted and even though it is a narrower tire they showed me that it’s within the parameters for my car. I will likely see no change in anything, but it is a foreign car and those computers are sensitive. Fingers crossed. I believe I was taken care of quite thoroughly by Andrew and Jeremy. "I've been going to the Discount Tire on Wadsworth on the south side of 70 for the past 4-5 years now and their service has always, and I mean "always" been exceptional. I recently bought a new car and had a nail in the center of one tire, so took it to get repaired. Reese helped me (he's helped me before) and this young man provides great customer service. He took care of the car and treated me like I was a VIP customer. I'll continue to do all my tire shopping at Discount Tire as they are the best at customer service."
