"I broke my phone screen and most of it turned yellow and wasn't usable. I came in thinking I had a S22 Ultra when I had the S21 and due to my error we weren't able to resolve it that day but I was still able to get some help with my car key fob and pick up a battery for a remote. I double checked my phone and called over after getting the right info. I was in luck because the store manager, Donovan, was able to get a screen shipped over and my phone fixed THAT DAY. Brand new, Samsung certified screen that works perfectly and I'm able to resume using all the wonderful features our phones have these days. They won me as a long term customer for sure!"
