"Excellent shop, been using them for a couple years. I went in today for an oil change and inspection (which I got a great deal on) and they fixed a couple other things for me at a good rate. David at the customer service desk was patient and respectful when dealing with all my questions and concerns (I ask a lot of questions!). Mechanics were speedy and accurate. They are trustworthy and don't try to swindle you, and they get the job done correctly every time."

"David and his crew are Rock Stars! Not only do they do excellent work, but they are extremely honest and trustworthy. Have had my 2005 Toyota 4Runner at their shop several times now. The last time, recommendations for servicing were made to keep it running smoothly, which I gladly approved. I came to find out that in the process of performing the work, it was determined that only minor adjustments were necessary for a portion of the work, which saved me literally hundreds of dollars! So very happy that I found these folks!"
"I recently got great customer service at True Automotive! I scheduled an oil change, but asked them to also check my battery and remove my stuck bike rack, which they did. They found some additional issues and explained everything to me in detail and then provided me with reasonable estimates so I could decide what I wanted to do. The service was quick but I was able to get a bit of work done in a nice clean space while I waited. I’d definitely go back to True Automotive."
"Bought a used Nissan Frontier for my 17 year old son, and he was so excited about it. Turned out it needed quite a bit of work but Haglin tackled it and fixed several major issues.
