"The whole team at Legacy is amazing. They're incredibly knowledgeable, and they're honest. They won't try to sell you on "repairs" you don't need. My story: one day, my engine just stopped accelerating. I couldnt go over 40 mph. I limped my car into the dealership and they quoted me for over $30k worth of repairs.... I called Legacy and they helped me arrange a tow to their shop. It turns out I needed a new turbo and a new catalytic converter.... but what I *didn't need* was the $22,000 dollars worth of other repairs that my dealership quoted me! I won't take my car anywhere else!"

"I have brought my 2016 Crosstrek to many shops, and Legacy is by far the best. Case in point: they found a cracked serpentine belt (!!!) when 3 other shops said nothing was wrong. They are knowledgeable, professional, and always do a great job. I have never had to wait more than a few days to get an appointment (usually less than 2-3!), and I have never had to leave my car there overnight (because they always finish the job in a day!). Plus, the online system is amazing: I drop my car off with a complaint and Legacy notes, describes, photographs, and ranks the priority of recommendations for repairs, which I then get to approve or reject online. They also always call to discuss the online report in case I have questions (which I always do!). Further, if I deny a repair, it goes into ‘previous recommendations’ so that if/when I come back, there is a written record of what they did or wanted to do. Plus, they’re never pushy or rude; even though I don’t know that much about cars, the online system plus the feedback from the Legacy team always enable me to make informed decisions. I drive confidently knowing that Legacy has my back! Highly recommend."

"Had a dealer bring in a vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection today. They were very detailed in the inspection report to include pictures and explanations. Anything I had questions about Chris had an answer for. This was my first time doing this or using Legacy Automotive services, and their professional experience was obvious even though it was all over the phone. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs vehicle services! Thanks so much for an outstanding first impression."

"I have a 12 year old Mazdaspeed 3 that was due for a suspension rebuild. Driving out the lot I immediately saw where the money went. The ride was tuned and refined and no longer loud and jumpy over rougher surfaces. Driving over a sewer grate used to feel like my car would shake apart but it just shrugs it off now. Legacy did a great job with recommendations and updates and their passion for getting vehicles in top shape is apparent to me. Highly recommended."

"This place is the worst, they charge you as if they did the job just for checking my car when the arm of the car is broken and then to repair it they want to charge as if I bought another car when it is a broken arm they want to charge for balancing alignment changing parts that They don't do the repair, it's a real exaggerated charge, the worst place you can take your car."
