She did send me an email early on the 14th, and it went to my spam folder. She also sent another email on the 19th that went to spam as well. The next email came to my inbox. The part has been shipped and will be here tomorrow. My apologies for the first review of a 2 star. Debbie is very polite, professional and helpful.
