"I wanted to make other people aware of this place. They moved offices out of the YMCA after being bought by optum and now are in the same office as an emergency care with sick people. Do NOT bring your kids here unless you want your healthy kids to get sick every check up. We are currently in the ER after a baby check up visit last week. This place is a disaster. They also lost their best pediatrician recently. They push people in and out the door. It’s all a money maker. Also, their on call is a triage which is a joke and will make you feel terrible for just calling in when you have anything wrong. We will be switching pediatricians but I would recommend not even giving them a shot. Optum is an absolute joke and non caring company. Keep your kids away! Wish I could give negative stars."

"I have been using this practice for more than 20 years. It was owned by the doctors and WAS terrific. My doctor, Warren Jaeger, retired after Optum bought them. It is hell now. First, I was randomly assigned to a physician's assistant, NOT a doctor, even though I have several chronic medical conditions. I got that switched, but, really, in effect I no longer have a primary care physician. The front desk staff will NOT schedule you for emergency appointments, or even a regular appointment unless it's your regular physical. They tell you to go to Urgent Care, even if it is a chronic problem, not an emergency. You are not allowed to complain either, about your treatment, even to the doctor. I have "Cadillac" health insurance, but am treated like a deadbeat. I had a long delayed appointment today; the doctor had not even reviewed the results of my blood work ( ordered by the urgent care doctor, but performed at OPTUM'S OWN LAB, and which were in my records) She was going to have me do the same bloodwork all over again further delaying treatment. (I am in agonizing pain from arthritis). This is not a medical practice but MALPRACTICE."

"This place was bought out by a big corporation and now their customer service is the worst you can imagine. Hold times on the phone of a 1/2 hour or more and absolutely horrible customer service. There are times I call and I cannot get a human being on the phone. I just have to give up. They were much better when independently owned and actually cared. If you want to call your doctor office for a simple question plan on it being a 1 hour long ordeal if you even get an answer to your question. If I could rate them a zero i would."

"Poor customer service from the front desk. Very strict about not just having a mask, but using a specific mask that they provide which caused me personally to break out immediately (I do admit, I am sensitive to many inorganic products). Additionally, I had gone in for a stomach muscle issue and wasn't given any useful advice and simply told it was "inflammation." I sought out a second opinion from a doctor in COS and thank goodness, because it turned out to be something that required medical attention."
