"I had the opposite experience that Frankie D. had, but her experience was four years ago. Times have changed. When I recently called Steve Dow's office to place a claim, instead of asking me questions and helping me through the process, his staff immediately transferred me to the Allstate corporate claims center. After waiting on hold and then being transferred multiple times via an auto attendant, I finally reached a human being . . . that could barely speak English. When I reached out to Steve's office again, it was the same thing. No customer service. Zip, nada, zero. I don’t think they would have given me the time of day had I asked. It was clear that they would rather push a few buttons on a phone and get rid of someone than to engage in conversation with them. Needless to say, I am no longer with Steve Dow."

"My homeowner and auto policy was transferred to this agent due to previous agent retiring. I have had nothing but trouble in the attempts of trying to make contact with any live person. Steve is always sending me emails requesting referrals. Prior to all my issues, I was trying to refer my parents to Steve and they were unable to speak with him to transfer there policy, so they went with another agent. I now have had additional escrow payments being automatic withdrawal from my account without authorization, even though my escrow payments are made through my monthly mortgage payment. Horrible customer service. Looking for a different agent."
