"The urgent care is not busy a little. I thought that was a good thing. I have been over prescribed an antibiotic that is extremely hard on my digestive track. And this was after telling the PA I have chronic digest issues that I do not tolerate antibiotics well at all. Come to find out I was prescribed (out of 3 options that I was not made aware of) the one that is the most irritating to the gut! Imagine that! I found out about the over prescribing from my family member who is a Dr in another state."
"Refused to look at my son’s head injury during a snowstorm because he wasn’t two yet. A quick check would’ve been fine. Just said they won’t do it."
"After checking in with the main staff, LabCorp has you sign in on a peice of paper, then call your name. With the small waiting room, my wife had to sit out in the main waiting area, just outside of the door. After waiting 30 min of listening to them jump all over the sign in sheet with no sense of organization, we had to ask why they didn't call my wife. They claimed to have called her name 3 times which is completely false. Lazy and unorganized. This is the 2nd time they've done this to us."

"This was my second visit to this facility about 3 years apart, the first time was just as good as this visit, 2 weeks ago….I arrived very close to closing time, and I had superb care, great attitudes, genuine concern… in and out in under an hour… I chose this place over the urgent care affiliated with my primary care doctor, because both my husband and I had the same experience with the same group, but different locations…, waited 40 minutes to be told we would have to wait over an hour or more to be seen, and there was never a better time to go to them… because they are ALWAYS busy. They seemed irritated that we were there. This place was genuinely caring and efficient."
