"Since my first review was not posted I am sharing again. Please save your time, money, and energy and go elsewhere. AUBREY, Dr. Hinshaw’s scheduler does not care one bit about the patients and does not communicate. Back in October I was scheduled for a follow up with Dr. Hinshaw and told by her team that she was on the zoom call. She was not I waited an HOUR for her to join she never did. I returned this month per my OBGYN’s request that I follow up regarding some concerning labs. For my January appointment it wasn’t until I ASKED Aubrey that I was told I would not be seeing Dr. Hinshaw because she had an emergency. Life happens and I get it but if her staff knew why didn’t they say something while they saw me sitting there waiting??? I have also had to reach out to her clinic for follow otherwise no one would reach out to me. Granted I understand that there are several patients that are seen that have much more concerning health issues than I do but I am deeply disappointed to continually be treated like just another number in their clinic with some communication from the nurses who are wonderful but the rest of the staff is less an impressive. I have only wanted to know answers to questions that only Dr. Hinshaw can answer or even one of the other doctors. But it seems to me that the staff here seem to forget we (patients) are human beings and not just “a customer” I’m not visiting the clinic for “fun” I have genuine health concerns. So if you take anything away from this review please go elsewhere. This place is so unorganized. Also pretty sure they deleted or haven’t posted my first review."

"We just want you to approve Montana medicaid again so Dr. Liu can perform the necessary biopsies for our son who has a very rare form of cancer, that we are terrified has come back. Dr. Liu did his debulking. DSRCT is no joke. Montana is willing why aren't you?"

"I have been to both Midtown and Longmont the staff are all delightful, smiley, great eye contact and sense of humor and delightfully caring! No problems. Both are clean and taken care of. My 4 stars vs 5 stars are due to lack if consistency in policy. At Midtown they use my Port for everything, but at Longmont they won't so you are forced to be stuck again for blood draws as they only use the port for infusion. Bum deal."

"Dr Lui is so in tune with listening to me about my symptoms. He acted as fast as he could while dealing with the covid-19 restrictions. He is truly one of the most connected doctors I've ever met. He was compassionate but also would explain in detail and answer any questions . You always felt like you were his only patient! You will not be disappointed if you need a surgeon!"
