"Staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be, and that's the only reason I'm giving a star. Cannabis from their 'Pueblo' grows was super harsh, even though it was called the smoothest smoke on the shelf. Even with a cotton filter and water bong, this stuff is still harsh. Frangibility was nice, but it sparked and crackled when burned which is a sure sign of overfeeding (which produces poor quality). I would return it for a refund if I could."
