"We went there to day was bad the 2 young boys employees were making fun of people coming in to the store I confronted them then they told me to leave the store laughing they need customer service training bad I will never go there again"
"Went in to hopefully buy some running shoes as my $160 Altra pair literally fell apart (I bought them in January.) The sales person (Garrett?) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about his shoes!! Ended up with a pair of Brooks Rebel that he ordered for me and I did have to drive to Durango. A plus when gas is currently $4.15 a gallon!"
"Cortez is a very small community, with very little choices in shopping. I took my three granddaughters ages 8, 3 and 1 to buy them new shoes. Griffin was such an outstanding employee. My girls are well behaved but after time of trying on shoes they can get fidgety. Griffin remained in his professional manner. I can't Thank you enough for making my first shopping experience with all three granddaughters enjoyable."
