"I have put off massages for about a year simply because I didn't take time for myself. I was referred to Tammy by a dear friend (who mentioned her several times over the past 2 yrs) and then happened to meet Tammy personally and decided it was time. I struggle with exceptionally tight muscles everywhere on my body. I have fibromyalgia so it's just part of me and something I struggle with daily. I had recently had an elbow lock up on me causing swelling down through my hand. I went in for my session and Tammy simply blew me away. She managed in 1 hr to do an amazing job at relaxing my body and getting my elbow to release fully. The swelling is gone after our session and it has felt great since.
